UserCentric has always worked in a combination of remote and on site engagements with clients, so our processes were ready to handle engaging and operating through Covid-19.
The global Covid-19 pandemic is exacting a terrible toll and menacing the world economy.
Due to the nature of our business and our exclusive use of online (primarily SaaS) tools to deliver our work, UserCentric has been able to quickly transition to a fully remote enterprise without any impacts on client work.
Nevertheless, like all businesses we face the issues of remaining connected to our clients through regular meetings and agile ceremonies via phone and videoconference. Our Business Resilience & Continuity framework aims to ensure the safety of our clients, staff and contractors, while continuing provision of all client services and operations.
We require anyone working with us as clients or staff to self-quarantine if they have traveled from a hotspot as designated by the state health authority, have contact with someone who has or is suspected of having COVID-19, has symptoms of COVID, or been living in a household with a confirmed case.
We are attempting to restrict all meetings and events to online where possible. Any meetings in our offices require attendees to stay 1.5m apart, use hand sanitizer and minimize contact.
